This website does not give medical advice

Everything here — the services, the lists of tests, the copy in each section — is informational. It is here so you know what we do and can decide whether to come in. It is not a substitute for a consultation, it is not for diagnosing yourself, and it must not be used to decide whether to start or stop a treatment.

Browsing this site, filling in the form or writing to us does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when we see you at the clinic.

If it is an emergency, do not use this website

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The form on this page goes to a mailbox that is read during clinic hours, and it is neither designed nor monitored for emergencies.

An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment

When you send the form you are telling us which day and time would suit you. We then call you to confirm whether there is a slot. Until that call, nothing is booked.

You can also just walk in during opening hours, which is how the clinic works.

Pricing and insurance

The price shown on this site for a general visit without insurance is the one in force when it was published and may change. Procedures, lab work and special exams are charged separately.

The list of insurers shows which companies we work with, not that your particular plan is covered: within the same insurer there are plans we take and plans we do not. Confirm it with us by phone before your visit.

What you ultimately pay with insurance depends on your copay, your deductible and your coverage, which are matters between you and your insurer.

Patient reviews

The reviews shown come from the clinic's public Google Business profile and are reproduced exactly as their authors wrote them. We do not edit them or cherry-pick the good ones: the average rating and review count you see here are the ones on that profile.

Acceptable use

Use the site for what it is. Do not try to reach non-public parts of it, do not send other people's data without their permission, do not use the form to send advertising or to flood it, and do not copy the content to publish as your own.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to the clinic or are used with permission.

Links to other sites

We link to Google Maps, to our social media profiles and to WhatsApp. Once you leave this site, their terms and their privacy practices apply, not ours.

Limits

We try to keep everything here current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption. If you spot something that does not add up, tell us and we will fix it.

Nothing stated here limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with the revision date shown above.
