  • Do I need an appointment?

    No. We are a walk-in clinic: you can come during opening hours and we will see you. If you would rather book ahead, the form on this page lets you request a day and a time, and we call you back to confirm availability.

  • Do you see patients without health insurance?

    Yes. We see insured and uninsured patients alike, with no paperwork beforehand and no approval from any insurer.

  • How much does a visit cost?

    Without health insurance, a general visit is $30. With insurance, whatever your plan sets: the copay or the deductible on your policy.

  • Which health insurance plans do you accept?

    We work with BCBS Texas, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Ambetter (Superior HealthPlan), Oscar and Wellpoint. Acceptance depends on the specific plan you hold with that insurer, so call us at 469-786-0199 and we will confirm it before your visit.

  • Are you open on Sundays?

    Yes, we are open 7 days a week. Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM. Sunday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

  • Do you run lab tests at the clinic?

    Yes. The lab is inside the clinic and your sample is taken during the same visit, with no trip to a separate lab: glucose, hemoglobin A1c, thyroid, lipid profile, hormone panel, pregnancy test, urine culture, COVID and influenza, among others.

  • Do you do DOT physicals?

    Yes. We perform the DOT physical for commercial drivers, along with the electrocardiogram and any lab work it calls for, in the same visit.

  • Can I come in for a wound or a minor emergency?

    Yes, and the same day: minor sutures, abscess drainage, wound care, ingrown nails, foreign body removal and ear irrigation, without a trip to the ER. If it is a serious emergency, call 911.

  • Do you see children and older adults?

    Yes. We are a family medicine clinic and we care for the whole family, from children over 4 years old to grandparents. We speak Spanish and English.

  • Where are you and is there parking?

    We are at 3035 S Shiloh Rd, Suite 145, Garland, TX 75041. There is on-site parking, the entrance is step-free and the restroom is accessible.
